My suggestion, I guess, would be to stay around the 15 more often than the 17 and you already know you can do that! By "upping" your calories you won't feel bad if you enjoy yourself a little more ... which you deserve after such amazing success. I'm stuck in the Twilight series and don't have the urge to finish the 3rd book (I know, I know...I just get sick of series). A<BR/><BR/>Regarding your calories, I think that is a SMART decision. I've been counting and always think about how low your intake is (even with cardio) and I don't know how you're not starving! It seems like your body's trying to tell you something. Go easy on yourself a little bit...all 3 issues are stressful and effect your health more than you know!
