For some reason, it sort of scares me to try to make it. I know that's silly considering some of the things I've tackled. As for the same exercises for a month, I'm a big advocate of changing things up. Maybe weeks 1 and 3 do straight sets then weeks 2 and 4 do super- or tri-sets.Heather (Where's the Beach)http://wheres-the-beach.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310570945461986903.post-29223116122223377392011-02-02T11:06:22.422-05:002011-02-02T11:06:22.422-05:00i only tried indian food after reading your blog a...i only tried indian food after reading your blog awhile back and seeing one of your recipes, and yes, i love it!!<br />i cheat though and buy masala sauce at trader joe's already made and then just add chicken. i will try this recipe though!Sunnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16826795377068137225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310570945461986903.post-3442534136187856262011-02-02T10:47:28.475-05:002011-02-02T10:47:28.475-05:00aw :) Thank you for the shout out!
