Today’s Weigh In & New Measurements!

So today I weighed 125, 1 less than yesterday so not bad. Also, as per my goals (i'm such a stickler!), I’m going to measure monthly, on the 15th and last day. This morning my measurements were: Chest (33.5”) – Waist (26.5”) – Hips (35.5”). Extra measurements: mid-hip (33”), Bicep (10”) and Thigh (12”). The last time I measured was Monday, Sept. 6… chest and bicep remained the same, but here is how the others panned out:

Waist – down 1.5”
Hips – down 1.5”
Mid-hip – down 2.5”
Thigh – down .5”

Not bad! Is this significant? I don’t even know. All I know is I weighed 131.5 on Sept. 6 (6.5 pounds more than today). I have no idea if this change in 5 weeks is good?? Hmmm
