In a Nutshell

In February 2008 I was back from my honeymoon ready to focus on a healthy lifestyle. My weight was up, I didn't cook much and didn't work out. I was happy, but I wanted to try something new! Now, I walk, run, spin & strength train regularly. I reached my goal weight, and have taken up healthified cooking, creating meal plans and more to try to stay there! I'm now expecting my first child, a little girl, in February 2013.
