YAY! Not to be cheesy, but it’s been such a great 100 days thanks to Austin, the blog, Spark People and support from all of you, my family and my friends! I’m so excited about this lifestyle change not diet. I love finding new recipes, working out, cooking, blogging, etc. – all things I really hadn’t done much of before I started this. And don’t get me wrong – I still love a good drink, going out, a slice of pizza, etc. However, I’m so motivated to work out and eat right – I just love it. I even like going to the grocery store and finding all of the new things we’re eating! Anyway, thanks for your support – and thanks for having great, inspiring blogs that give me awesome ideas and tips.

Not to crash on my day 100 festivities – but I do need to do today’s quick update. In all, it was a great day! I worked hard, walked 4 miles, ate right, weighed 118.5, visited blogs, cooked dinner, chose a new book (Bergdorf Blondes), visited my sister and that was the day – in a nutshell! I’m loving my iPhone, the construction workers were gone, Reuben was a sweet pea, Austin had a Christmas party with clients, I’m still feeling better, and I’m ready for FRIDAY! At the end of the day I had 1,435 calories, 220 carbs and 30 fat grams – not bad! With the walking (4 miles; 216 calories) it brought me down to 1,219. Here’s what I ate.

Mar: Thanks, girl! Haha the logs and the looks – love it! :) Thanks so much – you’ll have to let me know how the recipes turn out – I heart feedback!! And thank YOU for being at, and working your ass off to stay at my goal weight – you’re my inspiration!!

Kristen: Aw thanks so much! Haha Thankfully my husband can be a bit of a computer geek so for an hour each night we’re side by side on laptops – him on his dig, cnet stuff and me blogging! You know – I never thought about doing before and afters – maybe that’s something I’ll do when I get to my goal weight!! I’ll have to find a picture of me bigger (I didn’t let a lot exist) and then put on that same outfit!! You have a great weekend, too!

Eurydice: hehe of course YOU love a list! :) Thanks so much – happy Friday!!
