Saturday I woke up at Andy/Monica's ready to get back to the house and go to sleep for real! We got home, showered and napped, then headed to Babies R Us for a gift and over to a BBQ at Melissa and Jon's! It was fun catching up with them, meeting their friends and hanging out with Stacy/Shane again! I didn't do fabulous on the eating... or drinking... but it was what it was and as per usual, worth it for a great time with good friends! I ended up at 2,403 calories, 257 carbs, 51 fat grams and 97 protein grams. Here's what I ate. I don't have pics from Saturday but DO have pics from Friday now. Here goes...
Sunday I woke up at 10 a.m. Ahhhh love it! I woke up motivated to work on the house, to get my stuff in order, to knock it out! First things first:
- Consult to-do list
- Publish to-do list on blog and sort it by expensive, requires contractor, etc.
- Decide which ones to tackle (the cheap, easy ones that don't require a contractor).
- Get to work: From the bed I ordered the solar-powered lights from Frontgate, a pillow for the seating area and a pillow for the scrapbook room.
- Then I headed out (in gym clothes- had great intentions) to Crate and Barrel (found mirrors for dining room and picked up 6 document frames for a wedding wall i've been meaning to do since winter 2008) and Z Gallerie (found pillow for green guest room and art for the entryway). WOO!
- I dropped off the loot at the hizzy, made sure Austin was on board, then headed to the gym for 2.5 miles and some reading.
Then I got home and it hit me - COOKING TIME! I made the following:
- Two Margarita Pizzas (for Sunday dinner)
- Two Sausage and Scrambled Egg Pizzas (for Monday/Tuesday breakfast)
- Two Servings Penne in Chicken Tomato Sauce (Monday lunch)
- Two servings Farafalle & Chicken Sausage (for Tuesday lunch)
- Two servings of Chicken Salad (for Wednesday lunch)
- Prepwork for Quinoa & Garlic Chicken (Monday dinner) - chopped all veggies/defrosted chicken
- Prepwork for Ultimate sausage pizzas (Tuesday dinner) - laid out dough into pizza shapes, cooked sausage, etc.
- 4 Servings of grapes
- 2 servings of strawberries
- 3 PB&J sandwiches (for Austin's snacks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
It was crazy! Loved it - plowed through season 3 of Friends! Took me a little over 2 hours, then it was time to get ready for bed and pass out. I ended up at 1,723 calories, 230 carbs, 45 fat grams and 97 protein grams. Here's what I ate.
Tomorrow I'll post the new home decor items - woo! I'm so pumped!! I hope you guys all had wonderful weekends - i'm going to catch up on your bloggies now!!
