So my meal plan got really messed up last week since I couldn’t eat non-white foods Thursday – Saturday! Therefore, this is my new plan for this week:Sunday: Chunky Chicken Salad
Monday: Lemon & Garlic shrimp over brown rice
Tuesday: Pizza wrap
Wednesday: Lemon Pepper Tilapia, brown rice & broccoli
Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Salad
Friday: Muffin Pizzas and salad
