Day 321: 6.5 miles + all-day Sweet Treats + Book Club

Yesterday was pretty standard! Just worked, wore my new teel/yellow dress and new brown sandals (broke ‘em in!), walked 3.5 miles during lunch with Stacy/Sue, worked, and walked 3 miles after work (+ abs!) – with Stacy again! She’s doing so good and has already lost a pound – woo! I headed home HUNGRY and arrived to DIY pepperoni pizzas and a yummy side salad – awesome! After dinner we caught up with our shows: Entourage, Weeds and True Blood – good, even better and best! Loving the shows!

Love coming home to this - YUM! That little salad packed some flava - thanks, Newman's Own!

After dinner Austin made eggs for tomorrow’s breakfast sandwiches and I whipped up a new recipe for lunch tomorrow – one Stacy gave me from Swanson for chicken salad!! It’s for lunch today (packed wheat bread, romaine and tomato slices to go with it!) so once I try it I’ll let you know! I will say that I didn’t have celery but hopefully that won’t ruin it!

My newest Frenemy... they're just AMAZING. I don't even put them in milk. I eat them like candy - thank gawd I have a food scale - eek!

With all of my food ready for the next day (including dinner – have a book club after work/gym so probably won’t get home until 10 or so!) I headed upstairs, got in bed and passed out while watching Gilmore girls (Austin met his friends online – I swear the boys keep up better than us girls now with xBox live!). I ended the day at 1,891 calories, 279 carbs (again!), 43 fat grams and 81 protein grams. Yet again, I snacked ALL day long (starburst, twizzlers, no pudge brownie, Hershey bliss, granola bar) – it’s like when it’s TOM there is no stopping me. I have no bottom and am hungry for one thing and one thing only – sweets!! Here’s what I ate.

I tried to pack some not-so-bad sweets for today hoping I’ll eat them and resist the crap at work – fingers crossed! Hope you all had good Tuesdays!! I’m excited about my bookclub tonight (first night – Shana’s organizing it and tonight we hang out/pick a book out of 5 she sent!). Then I get home to SYTYCD – bliss!!

Most any cereal is like crack for me. I HAVE weigh it out also because otherwise my grubby hands end up in the box.

Just so you know the boys don't grow out of the online games. My husband is 31 and still plays other random boys in NCAA college football via his PS3! I joke that they are probably 12 year olds haha.

I have never tried Puffins, but from what I've been reading I better stay away from them! :)

That's so great that you prepped all the food for the day the night before! I hope you enjoyed your book club!

Azlinda: Hey!! Thanks for stopping by! Oh they're like crack fo sho!

Mica: "expensive gluten-free crack" hehe love it! That's so how Barbara's should promote her baby puffins!

Redhead75: I concur with that statement! This will likely be my last box - eek!

Emily: Oh yes - NO twilight at all! It's getting a little heavy on the sex -blah - but better on the comedic breaks! Love Eric!
