Spaghetti Picture is In, 8 miles Cardio, Book Club

Backing up (yet again). That’s what I should name every post! Haha Here’s me in a nutshell:

Tuesday’s Stats: 1,781 calories, 194 carbs, 71 fat grams and 101 protein grams. Here’s what I ate.

Wednesday: Worked, walked 4 miles, carpooled, bad weather remained, had spaghetti for dinner and got a better picture of it (woo!), made bajio tacos for mom and Austin (they loved them!), ate in the dining room, was inspired to do more things for the house, am taking another personal day Friday so I worked on a list of things to do/get for the house. Overall, I had a nice evening and felt much more positive! Stats: 1,792 calories, 231 carbs, 52 fat grams and 97 protein grams. Here’s what I ate.

Yay! Gotta love Slow Cooker Spaghetti!

Thursday (so far): Made "running" playlist, worked, walked 4 miles, finished my book club book Sue Miller’s While I Was Gone. Now I’m off work and have got to get ready – the girls will be here in a couple of hours!

Tomorrow I’ll post: Food from the book club (I hope it goes well!), a review of While I Was Gone, next week’s meal plan, the next two books book club will be reading, and (hopefully) some of the new items I get for my home tomorrow. Happy Shopping!

Weekend: We’re off to Athens on Friday! My mom will be watching baby Reuben in Decatur – thanks, Mom, he loves you! I called ahead to the condo – they have a gym so I could move a few miles over – woo!

What are you up to this weekend?

What's are your 3 favorite songs to run to?!

K- off to meet the girls. Can't wait to read your blogs tonight!!!

This weekend is a catch up weekend for me! We are having a dinner party friday night, then its just laundry, cleaning, and lots of REST for the remainder :)

3 favorite songs to run to currently:

Britney "3"
Anything by Cascada
"Empire State of Mind" by Jay Z

Anything that has at least 150 bpm works really well for me. Also, there are pod casts you can download based on how many bpm you want that are great to listen to!

Have fun this weekend in Athens!

I'm doing a lot of work (I hope!) to try and reduce the workload at the end of the semester.

I'm also hanging out with my neighbor's Frenchie. YAY, puppy playdate!

I'm glad you're reviwing that book because i've been wondering if I should read it.

Granted I'm not running due to my foot, but if I was back at it: Watcha Say by Justin DeRulo,
Hot Mess Cobra Starship, and Best Days of Your Life by Kellie Pickler. :)

That spaghetti looks wonderful!! :)

Enjoy your time with your book club - how fun!! :)

I don't run to music - I know, weird right? I think I'm the only person alive who doesn't run with an iPod.

Have a great weekend! Athens is so much fun.

What's on your new playlist? I'm weird about running music. The songs don't necessarily have to be fast or have a beat; I just have to really like them!

Hope you have a great weekend in Athens.

This weekend we are going to a birthday lunch at the Vineyards, its a bit of a drive (1 hour) so hopefully it will be worth the effort. Other than that I am hopefully going to knock over a bit of work!
Thanks for your comments on my latest journal post. Its so good to get support from someone who has been there before.
xx

I love the little questions at the end :o)

Saturday - Get some good time with my hubby and 2 boys since I was away on biz all week.

My 3 favorite running songs (some for tempo runs, some for long runs)

2) Supermassive Blackhole - Muse
3) Keeps Getting Better - Christina Aguiler

My weekend is now open, my Boyfriend is going out of town & my Sister was supposed to visit but had to cancel last minute. So it is wide open and I'll be by my lonesome...I see face masks, wine and cupcakes in my future :)

Favorite songs to run to as of late:
1. Into the Groove - Madonna
2. Kiss Kiss - Chris Brown
3. I'm A Slave For You - Britney

Have a great weekend in Athens!

Oh I am so late with this one, since you've made a play list, but here are 3 that I can think of:

Timbaland: Morning After Dark
Beyonce: Upgrade You
Natasha Beddingfield: Unwritten

Unwritten totally reminds me of Blake Lively's character when she's running on the beach and makes me want to run! Haha...I'm such a dork. ;p
