Day 18: Friday Sept. 19, Assessment and Sept. 20 weight

So..... I had my first "bad day" yesterday.... I know it was a combination of feeling like crap, being tired, my medication, and having a lunch out and a happy hour. It could have been worse, and it could have been better. At the end of the day it went like this:

Calories: 1,620
Carbs: 189
Fat: 48
Again, not AWFUL - but I had too much pizza... and ate my weight in chips/salsa... and then topped it off with laffy taffys - what?! haha It is what it is and i'm not beating myself up about it and am back on track so far today. And the "gym"? Didn't happen. I had a massive headache when I got home (from the one glass of wine? I don't know). I felt AWFUL so I just got in bed and passed out. 

Oh.... one more thing... could be a couple things (including the "bad day") but my weight was up to 129 today! Eeek! 1.5 pounds more than yesterday - dang! 

So today is going good and i'm doing pilates - no matter what!! Oh and the foot? SO much better! It's now only swollen RIGHT on top of the big toe joint so I still can't put on socks/shoes or walk TOTALLY normal, but I'm definitely SO much better - yay!

hehehe Constipation is definitely the bad thing about weighing every day. :) hahaha She IS! LOL

I thought so too! Spark People recommended 163 to 236 so it seemed right by them... is that odd?
