Out of Town Guests, Secret Bar, Shopping, More Vegas Photogs

Hey! I'm finally back to regular blogging - YESSSS! This is my catch-up post beginning with a few more pics from Vegas!

Friday
  • Work... and lots of it! White chicken chili for lunch - nom nom nom.
  • 3.5-mile walk at lunch (burned 172 calories in 53 minutes). C25K after work - 2.5 miles (burned 151 calories in 32 minutes). Total mileage/burn: 6 miles; 323 calories.
  • Headed home, made a grown up grilled cheese, and got ready - Teresa and Forrest were coming in town from Auburn with their puppers Cassie and Daisy!
  • The 4 of us played pool, caught up, played Buzz Word and had a great night! The pups had fun, too!
  • I ended up at 1,796 calories, 184 carbs, 58 fat grams and 91 protein grams. Here's what I ate and drank!
Saturday
  • I woke up early and me and Teresa headed over to my sister Devon's in Decatur for a boutique sale (yes - another one!)! Great sale - got one top for $12! Then we had yummy pizza/salad at Fellini's.
  • Nap time! Then I worked on my next video for a bit - a montage of January!
  • Then up and out to Buckhead. Hit up Tavern 99, Prohibition, EA and Churchill's. Excited to try out Prohibition - you have to figure out the code then go up to a phone booth and put it in this antique phone... then if you get the code right the back of the phone booth opens into a bar. Rando! It was overrated fo sho but fun to try something new!
  • I ended up at 1,821 calories, 153 carbs, 36 fat grams and 80 protein grams. Here’s what I ate. Turns out I didn't eat enough... but definitely drank enough!

So far... mini walk with Reuben, marathon cooking, mini Vampire Diaries marathon, laundry, and a trip to Office Max for a new printer/scanner/copier - woo! Hopefully this week I can post:
  • a pic of my new shirt!
  • my new January video!
  • our dining room project!
  • a new playlist!
  • a new recipe!
  • two book reviews - Lipstick Jungle and Shopaholic & Baby!
Backtracking:

Finally sat down and recorded everything from this week. Most are estimates as I ate out a lot, but I did keep track of everything I ate on my iPhone notes!

Monday: 2,051 calories, 274 carbs, 30 fat grams and 75 protein grams. Eats. No Exercise.
Tuesday: 2,002 calories, 172 carbs, 84 fat grams and 71 protein grams. Eats. 4.5 miles including C25K + abs - burned 329 calories.
Wednesday: 2,102 calories, 219 carbs, 83 fat grams and 119 protein grams. Eats. No Exercise.
Thursday: 1,930 calories, 199 carbs, 83 fat grams and 113 protein grams. Eats. No Exercise.
