THANK YOU so much for your sweet comments about our dining room! You guys, I had so much fun doing this room. I love inspiration boards and figuring out what to put wear, what makes sense and how to do it on the cheap. Hehe We are having a great time making our home together and can’t thank you enough for your feedback!!
P.S. I included a breakdown of the room per some of your requests! (including costs and where I purchased!)Yesterday was the usual rough Monday – blah. I had some yogurt on the way in, listened to Honeymoon (still SO good!), worked, had a Morningstar farms/egg/fat-free cheese muffin with a laughing cow and dove chocolate. Then I worked more and headed down with Stacy during lunch for 4 miles cardio, burning 184 calories. Then back up, sausage tomato soup, a granola bar, more work and a favorite new snack just before I headed back down to the gym: 1 slice Nature’s Own Whole Wheat bread toasted + Hebrew National Fat-Free Hotdog + mustard + 1 tbsp white onion diced.
Yummy snack, only 97 calories, 2 fat grams, 12 carbs and 3 protein grams. Surprisingly filling! So weird, I used to love these hotdogs then I kind of had a falling out!
Then it was time. Time to try C25K, Workout #5, Day 3. I had been putting it off – how could I go from two 8-minute runs to one 20-minute run? That’s 2 miles straight. I’ve never run 2 miles straight, ever! I got on the treadmill, set my HRM, walked 5 minutes at 4 mph then ran 20 minutes at 6.3 mph. No stopping – just running! It felt great! I got super sweaty towards the end and definitely need a camel back/sports top so I can drink water easier (drank at every 5 minutes) but it went great – woo! I’m going to start Week 6, Day 1 on Wednesday and move on in the program, I’m so glad it’s going well! As far as calories, I burned 150 in 25 minutes getting 2.44 miles… then I walked it out to 30 minutes which got me to 2.77 miles and a 177 calorie burn. Then I was like well…. Let’s get to 3 miles! This ended up taking 33.33 minutes with a 193 calorie burn!!

I raced home excited to tell Austin – he was so happy, too! Then we had beef enchilada casserole and no pudge brownies before shower time and family time. Great night! I ended up at 1,750 calories, 226 carbs, 47 fat grams and 100 protein grams. Here’s what I ate.
Quick Question: When you run, do you drink water? If so, how often? If not, why not?
One more: What’s your favorite pre-run snack? How soon before the run do you have it?
Last but not least - here's the dining room breakdown!original inspiration board

I think that's everything! Adding it up was a little cringe worthy but we did it over time and really - that's a pretty good price for 6 chairs, two tables, two mirrors, 10 frames, an 8x10 rug, accents, a lamp, an overhead pendant, etc. - right? Oh no, am I getting buyer's remorse? haha
