After work I just did laundry, and had a marathon cooking night - woo! I cooked the following:
- 6 servings Cream of Mushroom Bake
- 4 servings Buffalo Chicken Chili
- 4 servings Mushroom & Spinach Lasagna
- 4 servings Chicken Tetrazzini
- 4 servings Green Chicken Enchiladas
- 4 servings of Spinach, Tomato & Feta Quiche - NEW!
Now all that's left to cook this week is tailgate stuff (marinade; magical margarita; pasta salad and guacamole). I'll do this on Thursday - perfect! After cooking it was time for bed and then Entourage & True Blood finales - wowza!

Q: Did you watch Entourage and/or True Blood finales? If so, what did you think? With Entourage I was like finally - things are coming to a head. It's about time. It was good, but mostly i'm just glad this season is over as it wasn't my favorite.
