And this is who i've been celebrating with - my besties! (Lindz, Em and Megan/Ava!)
I'm sorry I've been so MIA! It really has been quite a whirlwind weekend! Short recap: Friday after the drama of no phone I arrived, changed real quick at Hotel Sierra (awesome hotel in this great outdoor shopping/eating area called Short Pump Town Center - loved it) and then hopped in the car for the rehearsal at The Mill at Fine Creek. So awesome to see Em, Megan and Lindsey - loved being reunited! We then had the rehearsal dinner at Maggiano's where I got to meet Tim's son Caleb - SWEET boy - he was my date! haha The night ran late with drinks and chats past 3 a.m. - eek! Great night!

Saturday we got up around 10, had a breakfast of cashews, showered and headed over to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for Em's luncheon! I had yummy cheesy crab dip and chips, along with a chicken salad. Yum! Afterwards my parents got in town and we visited with them, then had pedicures with the girls - much needed! Then it was time to meet the guys for the Auburn game at Bar Louie. Another Auburn win! I had a bit of hummus/pita, and then towards the end of the fourth I drove Meags back to the hotel, and went and got a bite to eat with my parents at Baker's Crust Cafe. I had a great chicken and spinach flatbread - loved it. Then Austin met us at Baker's - yay - so glad to have him in town. We visited and then Megan popped in, too - so fun! After dinner we had a couple of beers with Em's brothers and sister-in-law, and then called it an early night!
Sunday we woke up early - wanted to hit the gym! We went to American Family Fitness, and I walked 2 miles and ran 2 miles. Awesome. Then we had a quick breakfast of pineapple, english muffin, cream cheese, eggs and some breafkast potatoes - yums! Then I got ready and headed out to the Mill for the wedding, time to see the beautiful bride! We spent the day with Em getting ready, taking pictures and enjoying the awesome location, weather and more. Emily looked absolutely stunning and the wedding was SO pretty - exactly what she wanted. The reception was great, too - lots of dancing and good times. Her and Tim had the best time, and so did we!! LOVE her and really enjoyed chatting with Megan, dancing with Lindz and my mom and catching up with Austin - great celebration!! We got back to the hotel around midnight, had a dance party with Lindz in the hotel room, then joined the guys for a couple of drinks before calling it a night!
SUCH a fun weekend. Nothing better than a weekend with your best friends in a great location with amazing weather. Only thing that held me back was my cold - but it wasn't that bad until today. BLAH. Here's some pics from the weekend - some are mine and some I snagged from Lindsey's album on FB!!!
Me and Lindsey's new best friend CalebWonderful time! Still need to post the flight attendant story, and I finished a book today so i'll do a book review!

Sounds like a fun weekend. I love that the band wore masks!
I grew up in Maryland, about 10 minutes away from the Virginia line, so I've definitely been there.
Fun times! So funny I live right across the street from Short Pump Town Center. I hang out at Bar Louie's all the time! So funny. Glad you enjoyed your trip to Richmond!

I've been to Virginia, Williamsburg to be be exact. I can't tell how many times I've been there my dad is sort of obsessed with the place. lol
What a gorgeous wedding weekend! I love the photo of you and Austin!
The highlight of my weekend was having chili, pumpkin pie, and delicious beers while watching college football on Saturday night. And, girl you know I've been to VA -- I live here!
Next time, you need to come farther north to Old Town Alexandria -- this place is awesome. :)
I loooove the dresses- navy is such a classic color for a wedding, and the cut is so tasteful!!
I've been to VA many times, mostly for college visits in high school. Sometimes I'm bummed I didn't go there- it's a gorgeous state!!
