I had THE HARDEST TIME only posting 10 on here - I have pretty much been STARING at his gallery ever since he sent it. :) LOVE THEM!!
To back up real quick: Wednesday was just work, walked 4 miles during lunch, worked more and then headed straight home for chill night with the family. I ended up at 1,646 calories, 170 carbs, 61 fat grams and 103 protein grams. Here's what I ate.
Thursday was pretty much the same - just work, walked 4 miles during lunch, worked more, finished the Dead-Tossed Waves and then hung out with Austin and Reuben, had a few beers and chillaxed. I haven't tracked yet!! Plan to later.

Not totally sure what we're doing this weekend...plans keep changing. We are going to an engagement party Sunday night for sure.
