Ah memory lane. Back to yesterday AKA recovery day. I just worked. During lunch I wanted to work out but felt like a zombie. Instead, me and Stacy hit up P.F. Chang. After work I headed home and made dinner with Austin & Reuben. I made a new curry recipe. YUM. I'll have to post it tomorrow! Then I got in bed and watched Drop Dead Diva with Reuben and hung out with Austin! Not a bad Monday at all! I ended up at 1,632 calories, 217 carbs, 46 fat grams and 82 protein grams. Here's what I ate.
Q: Ever eat at chinese restaurants? If so, what do you get? I got the citrus soy salmon and white rice. The salmon had NO sauce on it though. Instead of asking I just tossed some soy sauce on it and called it a meal!
