Only One Good Thing Happened This Morning

So this morning I woke up exhausted and CRABBY! I typically do my hair at night so in the morning I can just shower with a cap on and cut 20 minutes of blow drying/flat ironing off my time. So I get up, get on the scale and yesssss 125.5 - a .5 loss! Then I clean Reuben's #2 (he's litter box trained) and hop in the shower and SOAK my hair forgetting about the cap. WHAT?! Seriously?! I'm screwed... thankfully Austin saved the day and cooked our breakfast sandwiches for me and helped with the laundry and mostly just kept me from offing myself because I have a hard time tolerating my own stupidity (and others' for that matter but that's neither here nor there). SIGH. Now i'm at work... clearly not in the mood to work. I want to get back home! Or really I want to get to the gym, then home to eat and get Reuben then to poker night!

I'll post my assessment in a few... it didn't go super well as I had another function. This one was fun though - me and my co-workers (my team) went and walked dogs at PAWS Atlanta! It was great to spend time with the sweet babies staying there. It was just hard to do the 'after-philanthropy team building' at a bar in Decatur... I wasn't awful... but we made a dinner of appetizers so I had 3 small chicken tenders, 1/4 of a soft pretzel, and filled up on pita (5 triangles) and hummus (6 tbsp). YUM!

Another new note: I found the wonderful calendar to my right on a blog yesterday. Love it - great way to keep up with workouts without another long sidebar down the side. I like to see the color coating to tell at the end of the month what all you did! It's great to read it but even better to see it!
